Balance Discs
  • These are available from me at Golfcentrum Noordwijk
  • Stand on the discs in your normal golfing posture photo 1
  • Make a slow controlled turn with your arms folded across your chest. Turn the weight onto the inside of the right foot keeping the height of your body the same photo 2
  • This is great for stopping any excessive movement in the legs in the backswing, creating more balance, tension and stability on the right side photo 3
  • Try and turn back through onto the left side, again keeping your height and balance when doing so photo 4
