Rotation of body drill

  • Holding the club across your chest folding your hands (NOT behind your neck)PHOTO
  • In your posture position, rotate the top of your body against the inside of your right leg keep the height of your body the same
  • This will build up tension on the inside of your right leg, dont let the weight drift onto the outside of your right foot!
  • Hold the position and the repeat the process 10 times before hitting balls.
